Check-In Time 4:00 PM | Check-Out Time 10:30 AM

• Check in: Check in is available from 4:00pm. We kindly ask you to contact us on the morning of your arrival, or earlier, to confirm an approximate time you are going to arrive.

• Check out: Check out is 10:30am. We can sometimes accommodate arrival and departure times outwith these times.

• Pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets as guests. We do have our own dog on the premises who is not allowed in guest rooms, but occasionally may be come across in the hallway. Please bear this in mind if you suffer from allergies to, or have an aversion to dogs.

• Damages and breakages: You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. Stains and spillages are less costly to clean if reported promptly. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

• Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

• Smoking: Washington House is a strictly no smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Cancellation policy

• If you have to cancel your booking we require a minimum of seven days notice in order for you to receive a refund of the deposit.

• A reservation is a legally binding contract, for this reason we advise you to take out holiday insurance.

• Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
